At our store, we aim to provide you with the best quality and value in every purchase. In certain situations, you might consider returning items. We encourage you to carefully read this policy before making a purchase, so you understand what to expect in case you're dissatisfied with your order.

Received a Defective/Incorrect Item?

We apologize for the inconvenience! If, by any chance, you receive a defective or incorrect item, kindly reach out to our customer care team at, and we'll promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns and Refunds Process

Yes, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we're happy to accept the product back and issue a full refund. To initiate your return/refund request, please email our customer care team at within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include the following information in your email:

  1. Reason for your refund/replacement request.
  2. Pictures/videos supporting your reason.

Our customer support team will review your request and aim to provide a resolution within 7 business days. To avoid delays, ensure your request contains all the necessary information mentioned above.

Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges

If you change your mind or need to exchange an item that doesn't fit, you can return the item(s), and we will issue you a Store Credit equal to the item's purchase price. Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

To be eligible for a Change of Mind Return or Exchange, items must be:

  1. In their original condition.
  2. Unwashed, unused, and unaltered.

Used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for a Change of Mind Return or Exchange.

How Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges Work

Initiate your return by emailing within 14 days of receiving your order, explaining your reason and attaching pictures/videos of the product. If your return request is approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the address of the nearest warehouse for return. All Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges must be approved by us before you ship the item(s). For your convenience, use a trackable mail service for the return; we are not responsible for lost packages.

Upon receiving your package, we'll apply store credit equivalent to the item's purchase price to your store account. Please avoid returning packages to the address on the shipping label; we cannot be held responsible for misdirected packages.

Late or Missing Refunds

We process refunds promptly upon approval. If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company and bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us for assistance.

Delivery Time and Tracking

Orders typically ship within 2 - 5 business days and take 5 - 20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact our support team at Tracking numbers will be emailed once available; if you don't receive one within 5 business days, feel free to reach out.

Incorrect Shipping Address and Order Edits

You can edit your shipping address within 6 hours of placing the order. After 6 hours, contact us for assistance; although we'll do our best, changes might not be possible if the order is in the shipping process. We aren't responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Order Cancellation and Editing

Once processed and/or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Please ensure your order details are correct before confirming. Invalid reasons, such as buyer's change of mind or finding items cheaper elsewhere, cannot be honoured.

Editing Orders After Placement

If you selected the wrong size or colour, contact us immediately at with your order number and the desired changes. We'll attempt to accommodate your request, although it's not guaranteed.
